退役复学大学生士兵的服务管理工作现状及其对策——基于面向10所高校88名退役复学大学生士兵的调研

摘　　要：随着征兵结构的变化,退役复学大学生士兵的数量也在增长,做好该群体的服务管理工作至关重要。调研发现,当前退役复学大学生士兵在思想政治方面的表现普遍较好,就业情况总体可观,但由于学习中断等因素,学业困难的情况比较突出,退役复学初期的适应性焦虑也较为普遍。该群体的现实需求主要集中在加强学业提升、就业帮扶以及增强心理关怀等方面。目前面向该群体的服务管理工作总体上能够适应现实需求,满意度较高,但也存在校地协同不足、针对性有待提升、政策落地存在差距等问题。今后应重点加强校地协同,强化就业、学业和心理帮扶并且要着重发挥好该群体的先锋模范作用。With the change of conscription structure,the number of retired college student soldiers is also increasing,so it is very important to do a good job in the service management of this group.The survey found that the current performance of retired college student soldiers in ideological and political aspects is generally good,and the overall employment situation is considerable.However,due to factors such as learning interruption,academic difficulties are more prominent,and adaptive anxiety in the early stage of retirement is also more common.The actual needs of this group mainly focus on strengthening academic promotion,employment assistance and enhancing psychological care.At present,the service management work for this group can generally meet the actual needs,and the satisfaction is high.However,there are also problems such as insufficient coordination between schools and local governments,the need to improve the pertinence,and the gap in policy implementation.In the future,we should focus on strengthening school-local coordination,strengthening employment,academic and psychological assistance,and giving full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of this group.
