摘　　要：扣式电池能够驱动各类小型电子产品,为提升其质量和应用效果,文章以扣式电池为主要研究对象,在对其注液结构进行简单介绍后,提出了一种自动化电池注液方式,通过自动注液机对扣式电池进行注液生产,重点从机械设计和系统程序设计两个方面,探讨优化扣式电池生产工艺的方法,旨在为优化提升扣式电池的生产制造水平提供参考和借鉴。Button batteries can drive various small electronic products.In order to improve the quality and application effect of button batteries,this article takes button batteries as the main research object.After a brief introduction to the liquid injection structure of button batteries,an automated battery liquid injection method is proposed,which uses an automatic liquid injection machine to achieve the purpose of liquid injection production for button batteries.The focus is on mechanical design and system program design,Explore methods that can optimize the production process of button batteries,with the aim of providing optimization ideas for improving the production and manufacturing level of button batteries.
