摘  要:文章介绍了机柜带电情况下的硬接线修改方法,以及研发的硬接线修改防误碰专用工具,将机柜内针脚进行了有效隔离,极大降低了误碰风险。通过分析FUM模块(输入、输出模块)、修改针脚及其上下两排接线信号的创新风险分析方法,缩减了风险分析范围,大幅提高了风险分析的效率,降低了人力成本。在台山核电1、2号机组第一次大修期间的实践表明,上述工具及方法可有效在机柜上电情况下进行硬接线修改工作,并打破原有工作执行方式,创新性研发新工具和新方法并自主实施的方式,对其他项目有借鉴和启发作用。This paper introduces the modification method of hard wiring when the cabinet is live,and the special tool for hard wiring modification and anti-miscontact is developed,which effectively isolates the pins in the cabinet and greatly reduces the risk of miscontact.Through the innovative risk analysis method of analyzing the FUM module,modifying the pin and its upper and lower two rows of wiring signals,the scope of risk analysis is reduced,the efficiency of risk analysis is greatly improved,and the labor cost is reduced.The practice during the first overhaul of a nuclear power plant unit 1/2 shows that the above tools and methods can effectively modify the hard wiring when the cabinet is powered on.The above working methods break the original work execution mode,innovate the development of new tools and new methods and implement them independently,and have a reference and inspiration for other projects.
