摘  要:文章比较了加油站油枪气液比的手工监测方法和在线监测方法的优缺点,通过使用7003型油气回收检测仪和油站在线监控设备在同油枪气液比,比较了两种方法的监测精度、操作便捷性、成本和误差等方面的差异。实验结果表明,使用自动监测设备在线监测的油枪气液比精度高、操作简便、可实时监测,但成本较高。而手工监测方法的成本低、操作繁琐、误差较大、不能实时监测。因此,在实际应用中,应根据具体情况选择合适的监测方法。总之,研究在线监测油枪气液比的方法,对于提高加油站的运营效率和安全性具有重要意义。The article compares the advantages and disadvantages of manual monitoring methods and online monitoring methods for the gas-liquid ratio of fuel guns in gas stations.By using the 7003 oil and gas recovery detector and online monitoring equipment at the same oil gun gas-liquid ratio,the differences in monitoring accuracy,operational convenience,cost,and error between the two methods were compared.The experimental results show that the online monitoring of the gas-liquid ratio of the oil gun using automatic monitoring equipment has high accuracy,simple operation,and real-time monitoring,but the cost is relatively high;However,manual monitoring methods have low costs,cumbersome operations,large errors,and cannot be monitored in real-time.Therefore,in practical applications,appropriate monitoring methods should be selected based on specific circumstances.In summary,researching methods for online monitoring of the gas-liquid ratio of oil guns is of great significance for improving the operational efficiency and safety of gas stations.
