摘 要:本文以对苯二异氰酸酯为前驱体,二甲基亚砜为溶剂与钝化基团,采用一锅溶剂热法制备N、S共掺杂绿色荧光碳点(N,S Carbon Dots,N,S-CDs)。N,S-CDs的粒径约为13.2 nm,最佳激发和发射波长分别是362 nm和503nm,荧光量子产率为7.0%。鉴于N,S-CDs对六价铬(Cr^(6+))的高选择性和优异的抗干扰性能,建立了一种免标记地检测Cr^(6+)的荧光分析方法,定量范围和检出限分别是4μmol/L~956μmol/L和30 nmol/L,并成功应用于自来水和湖水中Cr^(6+)的检测。N,S Co-doped green fluorescent Carbon Dots(N,S-CDs)were prepared by one-step hydrothermal method using 1,4-phen-ylene diisocyanate as carbon source and dimethyl sulfoxide as solution and passivating group.The particle size of N,S-CDs is about 13.2 nm.The optimal excitation and emission wavelength of N,S-CDs are 362 nm and 503 nm,respectively.And the fluorescence quantum yield is 7.0%.Based on the high selectivity and excellent anti-interference performance of N,S-CDs for Cr^(6+),a label free fluorescent detection method for Cr6+was established.The quantitative range and detection limit were 4-956μmol/L and 30 nmol/L,respectively.The concentrations of Cr^(6+)in tap water and lake water were successfully determined.
