摘　　要：目的 探讨年龄及月经状况对健康成年女性腰椎骨髓扩散加权成像(DWI)的影响.方法 回顾性分析 71 例健康成年女性腰椎骨髓DWI影像,测量 L1 椎体骨髓扩散信号强度(SI)、信号强度比(SIR)、表观扩散系数(ADC)值.首先分析健康成年女性腰椎骨髓DWI与年龄的相关性,然后比较未绝经组和绝经组腰椎骨髓DWI的差异,并分析 2 组腰椎骨髓DWI与年龄的相关性.结果 健康成年女性腰椎骨髓 SI(r=-0.45)、SIR(r=-0.60)、ADC 值(r=-0.52)与年龄显著相关.未绝经组骨髓 SI、SIR、ADC值显著高于绝经组.未绝经组腰椎骨髓 SIR(r=-0.34)与年龄显著相关,其余均与年龄不相关.结论 健康成年女性腰椎骨髓 SI及 ADC值随年龄增长逐渐减低,尤以绝经前后减低明显.Objective To investigate the impact of age and menstrual status on diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)of lumbar spine bone marrow in healthy adult women.Methods The DWI images of lumbar spine bone marrow of 71 healthy adult women were analyzed retrospectively.The diffusion signal intensity(SI),signal intensity ratio(SIR),and apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)values of L1 vertebra bone marrow were measured.First,the correlation between DwI of lumbar spine bone marrow and age was analyzed in healthy adult women.Then,the difference in DwI of lumbar spine bone marrow between premenopausal and postmenopausal women was com-pared,and the correlation between DWI of lumbar spine bone marrow and age was investigated between groups.Results In healthy adult women,the SI(r=-0.45),SIR(r=-0.60)and ADC values(r=-0.52)of lumbar spine bone marrow were significantly correlated with age.The SI,SIR and ADC values were significantly higher in the premenopausal women than those in postmenopausal women.In premenopausal women,the SIR(r=-0.34)of lumbar spine bone marrow was significantly correlated with age.The others,however,were not correlated with age.Conclusion The SI and ADC values of lumbar spine bone marrow in healthy adult women decrease with aging,which is obvious contrast between pre and post menopausal women.
