摘　　要：目的 探讨介入综合治疗股青肿(PCD)的临床疗效及安全性.方法 7 例PCD患者,均行临时性下腔静脉滤器置入,采用手动抽吸血栓清除(MAT)、经导管接触溶栓(CDT)、球囊扩张闭塞/狭窄段或支架植入治疗.结果 7 例患者均成功植入下腔静脉滤器并回收,6 例采用单纯球囊扩张治疗病变段血管,1 例采用球囊扩张联合支架植入治疗病变段血管,共植入支架 2 枚.无手术相关并发症发生.随访 6~50 个月无血栓复发及其他相关并发症发生.结论 介入综合治疗 PCD是一种创伤小、效果好、治疗费用相对较低、安全、利于基层医院开展的临床技术,值得推广.Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of interventional comprehensive treatment of phlegmasia cer-ulea dolens(PCD).Methods A total of 7 patients with PCD were treated.All patients were given temporary inferior vena cava filter placement,manual aspiration thrombectomy(MAT),and catheter-directed thrombolysis(CDT),balloon occlusion/stenosis or stent implantation.Results All patients were successfully implanted with inferior vena cava filters and recovered successfully.Among them,6 patients were treated with balloon dilation alone,and 1 patient was treated with balloon expansion combined with stent implantation,and 2 stents were inserted.No surgery-related complications occurred.The patients were followed up from 6 months to 50 months without thrombosis recurrence and other related complications.Conclusion Interventional comprehensive treatment of PCD is a kind of clinical technology with small trauma,good effect,relatively low treatment cost,and safety,therefore,it's beneficial to grassroots hospitals,which isworthpopularizing.
