摘 要:目的 探讨光梭成像(uCS)技术在肝脏钆塞酸二钠(Gd-EOB-DTPA)多动脉期增强 MRI中的应用价值.方法 回顾性分析 105 例慢性肝病患者的 2 组 Gd-EOB-DTPA增强 MRI动脉期图像,A组采用 uCS技术的 6 期动脉成像,B组采用 T1 高分辨各向同性容积扫描(THRIVE)的单期动脉成像,对 A、B 2 组的图像分别进行动脉期时相和图像质量的评价.结果 A组动脉晚期的捕获率高于B组(99%vs 63.8%,P<0.01),A组第 4 期动脉晚期的显示率最高;A组动脉晚期最小伪影评分(≤2 分)高于 B组(77.9%vs 62.7%,P<0.05);A组第 1~3 期的伪影评分优于第 4~6 期,第 1~3 期和第 5、6 期间的伪影评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组伪影评分与A组第 4 期的伪影评分差异无统计学意义(P=0.692).结论 Gd-EOB-DTPA增强MRI肝动脉期最佳延迟时间是在对比剂到达腹主动脉后的 9.6~12 s 进行 K 空间中心采集;采用 uCS技术进行 Gd-EOB-DTPA多动脉期扫描,可以获得更多最小运动伪影的动脉晚期图像.Objective To investigate the application value of constellation shuttling imaging(uCS)technology of multi-arterial-phase gadoxetate acid disodium(Gd-EOB-DTPA)enhanced MRI of liver.Methods The arterial phase imaging data of 105 patients with chronic liver disease who underwent Gd-EOB-DTPA enhanced MRI scanning were analyzed retrospectively,and all patients were divided into two groups,including group A with uCS technology for six-arterial phase imaging and group B with T,high resolution isotropic volume examination(THRIVE)for single-arterial phase imaging.The arterial phase and image quality of group A and group B were evaluated,respectively.Results The capture rate of late arterial phase of group A was significantly greater than that of group B(99%vs 63.8%,P<0.01),and the group A had the highest display rate of late arterial phase on the stage 4.The mini-mum artifact scores of group A in late arterial phase(<2)was significantly higher than that of group B(77.9%vs 62.7%,P<0.05).The artifact scores of the 1-3 periods of group A were significantly better than those of the 4-6.There was statistically significant differences in the artifact scores in periods 1-3 and periods 5,6 between group A and B(P<0.05).However,there was no signifi-cant difference in the artifact scores of stage 4 between group A and B(P=0.692).Conclusion The optimal delay time of Gd-EOB-DTPA enhanced MRI in hepatic arterial phase is the K-space center acquisition at 9.6-12 s after the contrasting agent reaches the abdominal aorta.Gd-EOB-DTPA multi-arterial-phase scanning via uCS technique can obtain more late arterial phase images with minimal motion artifacts.
