摘 要:党参(Codonopsis pilosula)作为一种营养价值丰富的药食两用草本植物,其在甘肃省的生产质量和产量存在季节性差异。本文基于四季中党参的根际土壤理化指标,研究根际细菌与党参生长指标间的相互作用,并分析这些理化指标对党参生长的动态影响。本研究通过高通量测序技术、环境指标测定方法及生物信息分析等手段对党参及其根际土壤样品进行了检测分析。结果表明,多种根际土壤理化因子受季节性变化的影响。鞘氨醇单胞菌属(Sphingomonas)、溶杆菌属(Lysobacter)、微小杆菌属(Exiguobacterium)等根际主要细菌受季节性驱动。同时,抗逆性检测指标丙二醛(malondialdehyde, MDA)及脯氨酸(proline, Pro)也在不同季节表现出明显的差异。整体表现为夏季党参抗逆性最低。最后,通过结构方程模型(structural equation modeling, SEM)构建得出土壤pH等指标变化是促进党参生长和糖分积累的主要因素。其他组分的变化也对党参生长带来不同程度的正负效应。此外,党参生长和糖分积累对土壤理化与土壤细菌同样有影响。Codonopsis pilosula,as a medicinal and edible herb with rich nutritional value,has seasonal differences in its production quality and yield in Gansu province.Basing on the rhizochemical soil physicochemical indicators of C.pilosula in four seasons,this paper studied the interaction between rhizosphere bacteria and growth indicators of C.pilosula,analyzed the dynamic effect of these physicochemical indicators on the growth of C.pilosula.In this research,high-throughput sequencing technology,environmental indi-cator measurement methods and bioinformatics analysis were used to detect and analyze the samples of C.pilosula and its rhizosphere soil.The results showed that various rhizosphere soil physical and chemical factors were affected by seasonal variation.Major bacteria in the rhizosphere such as Sphingomonas,Lysobacter,and Exiguobacterium were all seasonally driven.At the same time,the stress re-sistance detection indicators malondialdehyde(MDA)and proline(Pro)also showed obvious differences in different seasons.The over-all performance was that the party participated in the summer with the lowest resistance to stress.Finally,through structural equation modeling(SEM),it was concluded that changes in soil pH and other indicators were the main factors that promoted the growth of C.pilosula and the accumulation of sugar.The changes of other components also brought different degrees of positive and negative effects on the growth of C.pilosula.In addition,the growth and the accumulation of sugar of C.pilosula also had effects on soil physicochem-istryand soil bacteria.
