摘　　要：现实中存在相当数量的熟人间、非正式的关系型林地流转治理模式,从资源有效配置的角度,需要促进流转双方选择非熟人间、正式的市场化治理模式。文章扩展了“产权界定-交易费用-治理模式”的分析范式,将市场信念同时纳入林地流转治理模式选择机理的理论分析框架,利用2022年在湖南、贵州、云南三省调研获得的446个林地转出地块层面数据,通过双变量Probit模型进行实证检验。研究结果显示:(1)确权发证可减少林地流转中的交易费用,若林地已确权发证,农户选择签定正式合同的可能性增加,边际效应为0.6236。(2)有第三方提供流转服务时,能减少林地流转的交易费用,农户选择将林地转出给陌生转入方以及签定正式合同的可能性都会增加,边际效应分别为0.5414和0.8003。(3)外部转入方能提供更高租金会强化农户的市场信念,当市场信念增强时,农户选择将林地转给陌生转入方以及签定正式合同的可能性都会增加,边际效应分别为0.6516和0.5264。(4)林地确权对交易对象选择的影响不显著,人情关系对合同形式和交易对象选择的影响也不显著。因此,应通过继续推进林地确权发证提供稳定的林地权属预期,同时要重视基层政府或村委会等第三方在减少林地流转交易费用和促进流转市场化过程中的作用,并且要在林地流转中引入市场化的竞争和价格机制。In reality,there are a considerable number of mature and informal forest land circulation governance models.From the perspective of effective resource allocation,it is necessary to promote both parties to choose non-mature and formal market-oriented governance models.This article expanded the analytical paradigm of property rights definition-transaction costs-governance model and incorporated market beliefs into the theoretical analysis framework of the selection mechanism of forest land circulation governance model.Based on 446 forest land transfer plot level data obtained from a survey in Hunan,Guizhou,and Yunnan provinces in 2022,an empirical test was conducted by using a bivariate Probit model.The research results showed that:(1)Forest land ownership certification could reduce transaction costs in forest land circulation.If forest land ownership has been certified,the likelihood of farmers choosing to sign formal contracts increased,with a marginal effect of 0.6236.(2)Having a third party provide transfer services could reduce the transaction costs of forest land circulation,the likelihood of farmers choosing to transfer the forest land to unfamiliar transferors and signing formal contracts increased,with marginal effects of 0.5414 and 0.8003,respectively.(3)The ability of external transferors to provide higher rents would strengthen farmers'market beliefs.When market beliefs were strengthened,the likelihood of farmers choosing to transfer forest land to unfamiliar transferors and signing formal contracts would increase,with marginal effects of 0.6516 and 0.5264,respectively.(4)The impact of forest land ownership confirmation on the selection of trading partners was not significant,nor was the impact of human relationships on the form of contracts and the selection of trading partners.Therefore,it is necessary to continue to promote the confirmation and issuance of forest land ownership certificates to provide stable forest land ownership expectations.At the same time,attention should be paid to the role of l
