红黄生精饮联合左卡尼汀口服液治疗男性少精子症的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析红黄生精饮联合左卡尼汀口服液治疗男性少精子症的效果。方法抽取2021年1月至2021年9月商丘市第一人民医院收治的80例男性少精子症患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例。对照组采用左卡尼汀口服液治疗,治疗组在左卡尼汀口服液治疗基础上加入中药红黄生精饮治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗3个月后,治疗组总有效率(90.00%,36/40)高于对照组(70.00%,28/40),P<0.05;治疗组主症积分、次症积分、中医证候总积分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组精液量、精子密度、精子活力、精子存活率均高于对照组(P均<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用红黄生精饮联合左卡尼汀口服液对治疗男性少精子症具有较好的治疗效果,能够改善精子密度与活率。Objective To analyze the effect of Honghuang Shengjing decoction combined with levocarnitine oral solution in the treatment of male oligozoospermia.Methods Eighty male patients with oligozoospermia treated in the First People’s Hospital of Shangqiu from January 2021 to September 2021 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levocarnitine oral solution,and the treatment group was treated with Honghuang Shengjing decoction on the basis of levocarnitine oral solution.The treatment effects of the two groups were counted and compared.Results After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group(90.00%,36/40)was higher than that of the control group(70.00%,28/40),P<0.05.The main disease score,secondary disease score and total traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Sperm volume,sperm density,sperm motility and sperm survival rate in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Honghuang Shengjing decoction combined with levocarnitine oral solution has a good therapeutic effect on male oligozoospermia and can improve sperm density and motility.
