北京冬奥村某诊所150例急诊患者病案信息分析

摘　　要：目的分析2022年北京冬奥会期间北京奥运村综合诊所急诊患者的病案信息,为优化并保障医疗服务提供参考。方法通过冬奥会管理-电子病历系统,收集北京冬奥村综合诊所2022年1月23日至2月25日接诊的150名急诊就诊患者信息,对其患病情况进行分析。结果接诊的急诊患者150例中,中国患者62例(41.3%),外国患者88例(58.7%);接诊疾病最多为外伤,占比为57.3%,其次为口腔系统疾病,占比为16.7%,呼吸系统疾病占比极低。因冬奥会采用闭环管理,急诊诊疗过程中无新增传染病病例。有120例患者病情得到有效控制,30例患者因综合诊所医疗条件等因素转运至其他医院进行后续治疗。结论2022年北京冬奥会期间急诊接诊以运动外伤为主,呼吸系统疾病较少,闭环管理下无传染性疾病发生。Objectives To analyze the medical record information of emergency patients in the polyclinic of Beijing Olympic Village during the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games,in order to optimize and guarantee the medical service.Methods The information of 150 emergency patients and their emergency cases admitted to the Polyclinic of Beijing Olympic Village from January 23th to February 25th,2022 were collected through the Olympic Games Management-Electronic case system,and the disease status was investigated.Results A total of 150 emergency patients were received during the Winter Olympic Games,including 62 Chinese patients(41.3%)and 88 foreign patients(58.7%).The most common diseases received were trauma,accounting for 57.3%(86/150),followed by oral diseases,accounting for 16.7%(25/150),and respiratory diseases accounted for a very low proportion.Closed-loop management was adopted in this Winter Olympics,and no new cases of infectious diseases were reported during emergency diagnosis and treatment.The condition of 120 patients was effectively controlled,and 30 patients were transferred to designated hospitals for follow-up treatment through closed-loop directional transport due to polyclinic equipment and other factors.Conclusions During the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games,the emergency treatment was mainly sports trauma,less respiratory diseases,and no infectious diseases occurred under closed-loop management.The effective control rate was high,get the praise from all walks of life.
