摘　　要：皮肤疾病位于体表,发病率高、诊断困难、危害广,再加上我国医疗资源短缺,严重影响人们的身体健康和生活质量。基于信息技术的远程医疗,克服了地域及时间的限制,实现了患者与医务人员的跨距离交流互动,进而实现优势资源的共享。由于皮肤疾病形态学特征突出,容易观察;其临床信息可以通过简单的方式进行获取和传输,是远程医疗的重要应用场景。皮肤疾病中的远程医疗是基于计算机和信息技术,为皮肤疾病实现远程诊断、会诊转诊、康复监测、教育培训等医疗服务,提高了诊断水平、降低了医疗成本,随着技术革新和政策优化,不断创新皮肤疾病诊疗的管理模式和服务方式。本文将系统性回顾皮肤疾病远程医疗的发展现状、技术需求以及应用场景,并阐明其面临的问题及对策,更好地服务未来发展。Skin diseases are located on the surface of the body,with high incidence,difficult diagnosis and relative harm.Coupled with the shortage of medical resources in China,skin diseases seriously affect people′s health and quality of life.Technology-based telemedicine overcomes geographical and time constraints,realizes cross-distance communication and interaction between patients and clinicians,and thus achieves the sharing of high-quality medical resources.Since skin diseases have outstanding morphological features and are easy to observe;the clinical information can be acquired and transmitted in a simple way,which is consistent with the application of telemedicine.Telemedicine in skin diseases is based on computer technology to achieve remote diagnosis,consultation,rehabilitation monitoring,education and training,and other medical services etc.,which aids in improving diagnosis while reducing medical costs and continuously innovating skin disease management models and clinical services.In this paper,we will systematically review the current development status,technical requirements and applications of telemedicine in skin diseases,and declare the problems and possible solutions to better serve future development.
