摘　　要：低能量激光疗法(low-level laser therapy,LLLT)是近年来用于脱发的一种无创的外用治疗,同时具有可家用的优点。市面上用于脱毛的激光选择多样,针对不同的皮肤类型及部位,有不同的选择。本文总结了低能量激光治疗脱发的临床研究进展及作用机制,激光脱毛的原理及常见激光脱毛设备的介绍,旨在为临床医生选择激光治疗脱发及脱毛提供一个参考。Low-level laser therapy(LLLT) is a non-invasive topical treatment and has the advantage of home-use.There are a variety of laser options for hair removal on the market,different choices for different skin types and parts.This article summarizes the clinical research progress and mechanism of low energy laser treatment in the treatment of alopecia,the principle of laser hair removal and the introduction of common laser hair removal equipment,in order to provide a reference for clinicians to choose laser treatment of hair loss and hair removal.
