摘 要:咖啡斑是一种黑色素增生性皮肤病,以典型皮损及病史为主要诊断依据,而不典型皮损与其他种类繁多的皮肤色素斑片类疾病鉴别困难。目前咖啡斑患者以激光治疗为首选治疗方案,但疗效难以预测且复发率高。皮肤影像技术的迅猛发展,使其在咖啡斑的诊断、鉴别诊断及疗效预测等方面均可发挥重要作用。Café-au-lait macules(CALMs) is a disease of increased skin pigmentation,which is mainly diagnosed based on typical lesions and medical history,while it is difficult to differentiate atypical lesions from a wide variety of other skin pigmentation patches.Currently,laser treatment is the preferred treatment option for patients with CALMs,but the efficacy is unpredictable and the recurrence rate is high.The rapid development of skin imaging techniques can play an important role in the diagnosis,differential diagnosis and efficacy prediction of CALMs.
