摘　　要：随着红外热像仪技术的不断发展,其非侵入性、价廉的成像方式,易于执行的优点不断被用于多种疾病的早期诊断。本文分别从热成像技术原理、红外热像仪技术在医学上的应用,以及热成像技术在皮肤科中的应用等方面分析红外热像技术的临床应用和研究近况,为多种疾病的早期诊断、疗效评价和应用研究提供参考依据,以促进医用热成像技术在临床皮肤疾病的应用和发展。With the continuous development of thermal imaging technology,its non-invasive,inexpensive imaging methods,and ease of execution advantages continue to be used for early diagnosis of many diseases.This paper analyzes the clinical application and research status of infrared thermography from the principles of thermal imaging technology,the application of infrared thermal imaging technology in medicine,and the application of thermal imaging technology in dermatology.It hopes to provide reference for the early diagnosis,efficacy evaluation and application research of a variety of diseases,so as to promote the application and development of medical thermography in clinical skin diseases.
