摘 要:激光散斑成像技术是一种物理成像技术,在生物医学方面,可以非侵入性的、实时的、快速的监测血管血流灌注水平。生物几乎所有的生命活动都直接或间接的与血管与血液状态相关,因此激光散斑技术被广泛运用。且因其使用时无创、实时、快速、成本低的特点,激光散斑技术在临床上有极大的运用潜能。但其只能成像浅表部位,因此运用也存在极大限制,在临床使用时应结合医生个人专业知识与其他检测方式联用。Laser speckle imaging technology is a physical imaging technology.In the aspect of biomedicine,it can rapidly monitor the blood perfusion level of blood vessels in a non-invasive way.Almost all biological life activities are directly or indirectly related to the state of blood vessels and blood,so laser speckle technology is widely used in biomedical research and a small amount of clinical practice.Because of its non-invasive,real-time,rapid and low cost characteristics,laser speckle technology has great potential in clinical application.However,its application is limited due to it images only in the superficial parts.The application should be combined with the personal professional knowledge of doctors and other detection methods in clinical use.
