摘　　要：患者女,48岁,头皮弥漫性增厚2月余。皮肤科情况:头皮弥漫性增厚,触之柔软如海绵,未触及明显皮下肿物,未见明显沟回结构,未见明显脱发、断发。头皮组织病理示:角化过度,表皮轻度增生,真皮皮下脂肪小叶增生,脂肪小叶向真皮上部扩散,脂肪小叶厚度显著增加,未见明显包膜,毛囊未见破坏。诊断:脂肪水肿性头皮。治疗:未予治疗,目前随访中,无特殊不适。A 48-year-old female sought medical attention mainly due to diffuse scalp thickening for over 2 months.Dermatological examination:the scalp was diffusely thickened which was soft as a sponge,no obvious subcutaneous mass was touched,neither obvious sulcus and gyrus structure nor hair loss or hair breakage was found.Scalp histopathology:hyperkeratosis,mild epidermal hyperplasia,fat lobules thickness increased significantly,hypertrophic fat lobulesspreaded to the upper dermis,no obvious capsule was found,and hair follicles were not damaged.Diagnosis:lipedematous scalp.Treatment:Untreated,currently following up with no special discomfort.
