摘　　要：目的探究皮肤镜对于评价光动力疗法(Photodynamic therapy,PDT)治疗光线性角化病(Actinic keratoses,AK)疗效的临床应用价值。方法回顾分析11例光线性角化病患者在进行光动力治疗前后的皮肤镜结果,并讨论皮肤镜在该治疗过程中是否具有疗效评价优势。结果回顾患者皮肤镜结果发现,皮肤镜特征改变与临床疗效皮损好转整体呈现一致性表现,且背景颜色的改变可能是与光动力治疗疗效显著相关皮肤镜特征,而治疗后伴有持续性毛囊角栓存在可能提示治疗不敏感。结论皮肤镜可以作为一种无创手段对光动力治疗光线性角化病前后疗效进行评价。Objectives To investigate the clinical application value of dermoscopy for evaluating the efficacy of photodynamic therapy(PDT)in the treatment of actinic keratoses(AK).Methods The dermatoscopic findings of 11 patients with actinic keratoses before and after photodynamic therapy were reviewed and whether dermatoscopy has an efficacy evaluation advantage in this procedure was discussed.Results Review of the patients'dermatoscopic findings revealed that changes in dermatoscopic features showed an overall consistent performance with clinical outcome lesion improvement,and that changes in background color may be a dermatoscopic feature significantly associated with the efficacy of photodynamic therapy,while the presence of persistent follicular keratoses after treatment may suggest treatment insensitivity.Conclusion Dermoscopy can be used as a non-invasive means of evaluating the efficacy of photodynamic treatment of actinic keratoses before and after treatment.
