西藏拉萨地区77例玫瑰痤疮患者临床特征分析

摘　　要：目的分析西藏拉萨地区玫瑰痤疮患者的临床特征及可能发病的危险因素。方法对77例玫瑰痤疮患者进行问卷调查方式了解患者的相关病史、一般情况、生活习惯、临床特征从而进行统计分析。结果2022年4月—2023年4月在我院皮肤科就诊患者21140名中(不包括复诊患者),藏族玫瑰痤疮患者77例,占此期门诊患者总数的0.4%,好发年龄30~50岁,男∶女约1∶1.57;其中红斑毛细血管扩张型56例(72%),其次是丘疹脓疱型40例(52%);常见症状依次为面部潮红、灼热感,常见加重因素包括进食辛辣食物、日晒、高温环境、情绪变化、食用甜食等。结论西藏拉萨地区藏族玫瑰痤疮主要见于30~50岁中年人,以女性、红斑毛细血管扩张型多见,主要症状以面部潮红、灼热为主。Objectives To analyze the clinical characteristics and possible risk factors of rose acne patients in Tibet.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 77 patients with Tibetan rose acne to understand the relevant medical history,general situation,living habits,clinical characteristics and statistical analysis of the patients.Results From April 2022 to April 2023,among 21,140 patients(excluding follow-up patients),there were 77 patients with rose acne,0.4%of the total number of outpatient clinics in this period,a good age of 30~50 years old,male:female about 1:1.57;56 cases(72%)of red spot capillary dilated type.The second is 40 cases of pimples and pustules(52%);the common symptoms are facial flushing and burning sensation.Common aggravation factors include eating spicy food,high temperature environment,emotional changes,eating sweets,and improper skin care.Conclusion Lhasa,Tibet,due to strong ultraviolet radiation,long sunlight exposure time,dry climate,high altitude,and Tibetan people like to eat spicy food,sweet tea,sun and other living habits,there are many patients with rose acne in Lhasa,Tibet.Tibetan rose acne in Lhasa,Tibet is mainly seen in middle-aged people aged 30~50.It is common in women and red spot capillary dilation,and the main symptoms are mainly facial flushing and burning.
