摘　　要：患者男,32岁,因双侧小腿毛发脱落2年余就诊。2年余前患者小腿前外侧无明显诱因下出现毛发脱落,呈对称性,无自觉症状。皮肤科检查:双侧小腿的前侧和外侧可见非瘢痕性的片状毛发脱落,边界清楚,脱发区散在毛囊性红色丘疹。拉发实验:阴性,足背动脉搏动正常。毛发镜检查:双侧胫前毛囊数量明显减少,脱发区可见褐色色素沉着,数根断发及细小毛发,周围有毛细血管扩张。诊断:小腿前外侧毛发脱落。The patient,a 32-year-old male,visited the doctor due to bilateral calf hair loss for more than 2 years.More than 2 years ago,the patient had hair loss without obvious inducement in the anterolateral leg,which was symmetrical and painless.Dermatological examination:non-cicatricial flaky hair loss can be seen on the anterior and lateral sides of both calves,with clear boundaries,and follicular red papules were scattered in the alopecia area.The hair pulling test was negative and pulsation of the dorsalis pedis artery was normal.Trichoscopy showed that the number of bilateral anterior tibial hair follicles was significantly reduced.The alopecia area can be seen with brown pigmentation,several broken hair and small hair,and capillary dilatation around it.Diagnosis:Anterolateral leg alopecia.
