摘　　要：多种过敏性疾病如哮喘和特应性皮炎与Ⅱ型炎症有十分密切的关系,Ⅱ型辅助性T(T helper 2,Th2)细胞及其产生的Th2细胞因子和固有淋巴样细胞是Ⅱ型炎症反应的主要细胞。近年来,Ⅱ型炎症反应在多种皮肤病中的分子机制研究有了很大的进展,并已开发了多种针对Ⅱ型细胞因子为靶点的生物制剂。本文将对Ⅱ型炎症相关皮肤病的最新进展做一综述。Many allergic diseases such as atopic dermatitis(AD) are closely related to type Ⅱinflammation.T helper 2(Th2) cells,Th2 cytokines and innate lymphoid cells play important roles in type Ⅱinflammation.In recent years,progress has been made in understanding the molecular mechanisms of type Ⅱ inflammation in skin diseases.Biologics targeting Th2 cytokines have been developed.We will summarize the recent progress of type Ⅱ inflammatory skin diseases in this review.
