摘　　要：综述了氯乙酰氯的合成工艺。氯乙酰氯的合成工艺有乙酸直接氯化法、氯乙酸氯化法、乙酰氯氯化法和乙烯酮氯化法等。国内主要以氯乙酸为原料,氯气氯化法生产氯乙酰氯,该法技术成熟、操作简便,但存在杂质较难控制、产品易残留硫等问题。光气氯化法具有杂质低、产品纯度高、收率高等优势,具有较好的工业化前景。The synthetic process of chloroacetyl chloride was reviewed.The acetic acid,chloroacetic acid,acetyl and ketene were used separately in different chlorination process.In China,chloroacetic acid and chlorine gas were mainly used as raw material to produce chloroacetyl chloride.This method is mature and easy to operate,but there are some problems such as impurities are difficult to control and sulfur residue exists in products.The synthetic process of chloroacetyl chloride using chloroacetic acid and phosgene has the advantages of high purity,low impurity and high yield,and has a good industrialization prospect.
