摘　　要：介绍了硝基氯苯的生产工艺,阐述了结晶理论,重点对翅片式高油结晶器的升降温曲线展开分析,对曲线的分布进行优化,消除结晶工序中的生产瓶颈,达到提高硝基氯苯产量和质量的目的,使之达到即将实施的更为严苛的新国标和出口级要求。The production process of nitrochlorobenzene(NCB) was introduced,the crystallization theory was expounded,and the analysis of the temperature rise and fall curve of the fin type high oil crystallizer was focused on.The distribution of the curve was optimizes,and the production bottleneck in the crystallization process was eliminates,achieving the purpose of improving the yield and quality of NCB,and making it meet the more stringent new national standard and export level requirements to be implemented.
