室内软装饰材料黏合剂的制备及黏接性能研究

摘  要:为提高软装饰材料的黏接强度,制备具有较优黏接性能的室内软装饰材料黏合剂,并进行黏接性能研究。以丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯为试验材料,在酸性催化条件下,制备水解共聚物、水凝胶和压敏胶,采用自由基溶液聚合的方法将原料进行聚合得到丙烯酸酯溶液压敏黏合剂。对制得的黏合剂进行黏接性能测试,结果表明,引发剂用量为单体质量分数的0.6%时,黏合剂的初黏性越好;EHA引发剂能够提高黏合剂的持黏性;共聚物的水解度越低,黏合剂的剥离强度越大。To improve the bonding strength of soft decorative materials,indoor soft decorative material adhesives with excellent bonding performance were prepared and studied for their bonding performance.With butyl acrylate and 2-ethylhexyl acrylate as test materials,hydrolyzed copolymer,hydrogel and pressure-sensitive adhesive were prepared using acid catalysis,and the raw materials were polymerized by free radical solution polymerization to obtain acrylate soluble hydraulic sensitive adhesive.The adhesive performance test was conducted on the prepared adhesive,and the results showed that when the initiator dosage was 0.6% of the monomer mass fraction,the initial adhesion of the adhesive increased;EHA initiator can improve the adhesion of the adhesive;the lower the degree of hydrolysis of the copolymer is,the greater the peel strength of the adhesive is.
