摘　　要：结直肠癌患者术后早期下床活动有助于促进消化功能恢复,减少并发症,缩短住院时间。笔者对早期下床活动进行概述,综述结直肠癌患者术后早期下床活动的实施和依从性保障,旨在为临床医护人员科学指导结直肠癌患者术后早期下床活动,制订相关护理方案提供参考。Early mobilization after colorectal cancer surgery can promote recovery of digestive function,decrease the occurrence of complication and shorten the length of stay.This article provided an overview of early mobilization and reviewed the implementation and compliance guarantee of early postoperative mobilization in colorectal cancer surgery patients,in order to provide reference for clinical medical staff to scientifically guide patients to get out of bed after surgery and formulate relevant nursing plans.
