摘　　要：杜绝生产安全事故,企业才能高质量发展。国能神东榆家梁煤矿始终坚持“深、严、细、实”的工作作风,扎扎实实的工作态度,吃苦耐劳的实干精神,上下一心筑牢安全生产防线,防范矿井生产安全事故,实现矿井持续稳定高质量发展。重点对事故发生的根源进行了反思和探讨,指明防范煤矿生产安全事故需要重视的问题,总结管理经验,希望能给各单位安全管理工作提供思想上的“火花”。Only by eliminating production safety accidents,enterprises can develop with high quality.With a pragmatic work attitude and hard work spirit,Guoneng Shendong Yujialiang Coal Mine always adhere to the"deep,strict,meticulous and solid"work style,working together to build a firm production safety line and prevent mine production safety accidents,so as to achieve the sustained,stable and high-quality development of the mine.This thesis focuses on reflecting and discussing the root cause of the accident,points out the problems the prevention of coal mine production safety accidents emphasize and sums up management experience,hoping to provide ideological"spark"for the safety management of each department.
