摘 要:粉煤灰特殊的化学组成,使其能够合成不同类型的沸石分子筛,在离子交换、吸附领域表现出良好性能,被广泛应用于废水、废气处理领域。国内外许多学者对粉煤灰基沸石分子筛的合成方法、结构表征、实际应用均有研究,但由于分子筛自身的局限性,为了制备出具有实际应用价值的粉煤灰沸石,需要对其改性。介绍了不同类型粉煤灰基沸石分子筛的结构特点和合成条件,在此基础上,论述了沸石的多种改性原理和方法,并对粉煤灰基沸石分子筛在现实中的应用现状和发展前景进行展望。With the continuous increase of energy demand,the annual emission of fly ash,the main waste(fly ash)of thermal power plants,is also increasing.Therefore,it is an important topic in the field of environmental protection to explore the resource utilization of fly ash and improve its application in high value-added fields.Special chemical composition of fly ash,so that it can synthesize different types of zeolite molecular sieve,in the field of ion exchange,adsorption shows good performance,is widely used in wastewater,waste gas treatment.Many scholars at home and abroad have studied the synthesis method,structure characterization and practical application of zeolite zeolite based on fly ash,but due to the limitations of zeolite itself,in order to prepare fly ash zeolite with practical application value,it needs to be modified.This paper briefly introduces the structure characteristics and synthesis conditions of different types of zeolite zeolites based on fly ash.On this basis,it introduces a variety of modification principles and methods of zeolite,and prospects the application status and development prospects of zeolite zeolites based on fly ash in reality.
