一种飞机电传油门台综合检测系统的设计与实现

摘　　要：为能够满足某型飞机电传油门台的综合性能检测需求,弥补传统检测方法功能单一、自动化程度低的不足,研制了一种具备按键检测试验、位移检测试验、角速度检测试验、跑合/寿命检测试验、自动油门试验等功能的手动/自动检测兼备的综合检测系统。重点论述了检测系统组成及功能,以及基于VC++技术的上位机检测软件的开发及应用。经对某型飞机电传油门台综合性能的实际检测证明,所设计的检测系统稳定可靠、操作方便、功能全面,可应用于科研生产、维修保障、内/外场排故等场景。In order to meet the comprehensive performance test requirements of a certain type of aircraft telex throttle console,make up for the traditional test method of single function,low degree of automation,have developed a button detect displacement detection test,the angular velocity test,running in/life test,automatic throttle test functions such manual/automatic detection and the comprehensive detection system.This paper focuses on the composition and function of the detection system,and the development and application of the detection software based on VC++technology.It is proved that the designed system is stable,reliable,easy to operate and versatile.
