摘  要:液化石油气瓶爆炸事故频繁发生,为了明确液化石油气瓶失效原因,首先对液化石油气钢瓶进行受力分析,再利用有限元方法建立液化石油气钢瓶有限元模型,对施加变化内压作用的液化气瓶进行应力应变分析,比较了椭圆形封头和蝶形封头的弹性失稳情况,研究了钢瓶内压异常增高时导致钢瓶失效的危险位置。The explosion accidents of liquefied petroleum gas cylinders occurred frequently.In order to clarify the reasons for the failure of liquefied petroleum gas cylinders,the stress analysis of liquefied petroleum gas cylinders was first conducted,and then a finite element model of liquefied petroleum gas cylinders was established using finite element method.The stress-strain analysis of liquefied petroleum gas cylinders subjected to variable internal pressure was carried out,and the elastic instability of elliptical and butterfly heads was compared.The dangerous location of cylinder failure caused by abnormal increase in internal pressure of steel cylinders was studied.
