摘 要:为建立单层圆筒形铜制承压设备静强度的可靠性设计方法,应用概率论和数理统计知识,对静强度的概率分布进行了探索,并分析了实测静强度的下限。研究表明:单层圆筒形铜制承压设备的实测静强度与中径公式得到的名义值与之比,是基本符合正态分布的随机变量,该随机变量的分布参数可用区间值表示;实测静强度下限的研究结论共得到32组实测数据验证。In order to establish a reliability design method for the static strength of single-layer cylindrical copper pressure equipment,probability theory and mathematical statistics were applied to explore the probability distribution of static strength,and the lower limit of measured static strength was analyzed.Research had shown that the ratio of the measured static strength of single-layer cylindrical copper pressure equipment to the nominal value obtained from the pitch diameter formula was a random variable that basically conforms to a normal distribution,and the distribution parameters of this random variable could be represented by interval values.The research conclusion of the lower limit of measured static strength was verified by 32 sets of measured data.
