摘  要:对在役球形储罐进行定期检验,在常规检测的基础上增加了相控阵检测(PAUT),发现多处对接焊缝超标缺陷。分析结果表明,球罐安装过程中质保体系运转不良、检测工艺不合理、焊接冷裂纹倾向明显和消应力不彻底,这是导致球罐焊缝缺陷的主要原因。建议对2016年以前建造的球罐进行在役埋藏缺陷检测。Regular inspections were conducted on in-service spherical storage tanks,and phased array inspection(PAUT)was added to the conventional inspection.Multiple exceeding standard defects were found in the butt welds.The analysis results indicated that the poor operation of the quality assurance system,unreasonable inspection process,obvious tendency of welding cold cracks,and incomplete stress relief during the installation process of the spherical tank were the main reasons for the defects in the welding seams of the spherical tank.It was recommended to conduct in-service buried defect testing on spherical tanks built before 2016.
