摘 要:目前,三维扫描和打印技术已经较为成熟,并且在各行业广泛应用。综述了三维扫描和打印技术的应用现状,分析了其在在制压力容器检验检测和定期检验中的应用,阐述了利用三维扫描和打印技术进行压力容器检验检测的技术路线,同时对压力容器中的缺陷模型进行了试打印,取得了不错的实际效果。At present,3D scanning and printing technology is relatively mature and widely used in various industries.The current application status of 3D scanning and printing technology had been reviewed,and its application in the inspection and regular inspection of pressure vessels had been analyzed.The technical route of using 3D scanning and printing technology for pressure vessel inspection and detection had been elaborated.At the same time,defect models in pressure vessels had been tested and printed,and good practical results had been achieved.
