摘　　要：针对甘油法环氧氯丙烷项目在试车过程中出现的产品转化率低、主辅材消耗高、产品质量不合格及废水处理量大等异常情况进行分析,提出科学有效的工艺优化方案,最终达标达产。An analysis was conducted on the abnormal situations such as low product conversion rate,high consumption of main and auxiliary materials,unqualified product quality,and large wastewater treatment volume that occurred during the trial run of a glycerol based epichlorohydrin project.A scientificand effective process optimization plan was proposed.As a result,the final product quality met the standard requirements and the output met the design requirements.
