摘  要:研究了酮连氮法制水合肼工艺中提高副产盐水浓度的方法,考察了以高浓度次氯酸钠和以副产盐水稀释所得次氯酸钠为原料的酮连氮合成收率。试验结果表明:采用处理后的副产盐水作为次氯酸钠稀释剂通过盐的累积对提高副产盐水浓度是有益的。The method of increasing by-product brine concentration in hydrazine hydrate production by ketazine method was studied.The ketazine yield was investigated by using high concentration sodium hypochlorite and by using sodium hypochlorite diluted with by-product brine as raw material.The experimental results showed that it was beneficial to use the treated by-product brine as a sodium hypochlorite diluent to increase by-product brine concentration through salt accumulation.
