体力活动促进视角下住区开放空间公共设施适老化研究

摘　　要：实现“积极老龄化”是目前我国老龄化问题的新挑战,住区开放空间作为大多数老年人的主要体力活动场地,是实现积极老龄化的建设重点。选取江西省丰城市6个住区为样本,通过实地勘察法、行为注记法,对住区开放空间公共设施及老年人体力活动特征进行研究,并运用SPSS相关性分析,探索两者之间的关联规律。结果表明:住区绿化环境、公共设施规模,以及开放空间单元形态、可达性与围合性,是影响老年人体力活动的关键因素;基于研究结果,提出优化建议,为住区开放空间及其公共设施的适老规划与设计提供理论依据与策略借鉴。The realization of“active ageing”is a new challenge for China’s ageing problem,and open spaces in settlements,as the main venue for physical activities for most elderly people,are the focus of construction to realize active ageing.Six settlements in Fengcheng County,Jiangxi Province were selected as samples,and the characteristics of public facilities and physical activities of the elderly in the open space of the settlements were studied through field survey and behavioural notation method.The results show that:the green environment,the public facilities,and the form,accessibility and enclosure of open space units are the key factors affecting the physical activity of the elderly.Based on the results of the study,the following recommendations are made:1)to increase the green space ratio and control the vegetation coverage in the residential area,and to increase the number of public facilities;2)to optimise the accessibility and enclosure of each spatial unit,as well as the enclosure form of public facilities,according to the different physical activity characteristics of the elderly.This study provides a theoretical basis and strategic reference for the planning and design of open spaces and public facilities for the elderly in residential areas.
