摘 要:糖尿病心肌病(DCM)是糖尿病的常见并发症之一。随着糖尿病患病率的不断增加,给人类医疗带来了巨大负担。但目前DCM的发病机制尚不明确,了解DCM的发病机制有助于寻找新的DCM治疗方案。细胞焦亡为一种伴有炎症反应的细胞程序性死亡,目前有越来越多的研究者发现其在DCM的发生发展过程中也发挥了巨大作用。了解与DCM相关的不同细胞焦亡通路以及心脏不同细胞发生焦亡对DCM的影响有助于寻找新的治疗靶点。本文就细胞焦亡在DCM发展过程中的作用、机制及相关靶向药物作一综述。Diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCM)is one of the common complications of diabetes.With the increasing prevalence of diabetes,it has brought a huge burden to human health.However,the pathogenesis of DCM is still unclear.Understanding the pathogenesis of DCM is helpful to find new treatment options for DCM.Pyroptosis is a programmed cell death accompanied by inflammatory response.At present,more and more researchers have found that it also plays a huge role in the occurrence and development of DCM.Understanding the different pyroptosis pathways associated with DCM and the effects of pyroptosis in different cardiac cells on DCM is helpful to find new therapeutic targets.This article reviews the role,mechanism and related targeted drugs of pyroptosis in the development of DCM.
