曹寅《楝亭集》茶事考

摘　　要：曹寅为清初康熙宠臣、诗人、文学家、藏书家,博通经史,藏书宏富。《楝亭集》为曹寅重要的文学著作,其茶文化内容丰富,茶香满楝亭。“楝亭”一词频率极高,凝固成某种文化符号,成为联系江南文人的纽带。考察曹寅的茶事活动,发现他以品茶为手段,以饮酒为媒介,以诗文为纽带,以交游为平台,笼络数百名的江南文人雅士,形成一个庞大的文人群体,成为主持东南风雅的盟主。“呼吸会能通帝座”,为康熙皇帝传递信息,为清王朝唱足了盛世雅音。在他的亲情、友情、同僚情中充满浓浓的茶意,完美体现中国茶文化内涵。曹寅自称有茶癖,视茶为“天人之粮”,以“玉川子”自比,为官江南,得出“茶兴满天涯”结论。《楝亭集》中所见茶文化等影响了曹雪芹《红楼梦》相关内容的创作。Cao Yin was a famous minister,poet,writer and book collector during the period of Emperor Kangxi’s reign in the early Qing Dynasty.Collected Poems of Lian Ting was an important literary book of Cao Yin with rich tea culture and tea fragrance.The word"Lian Ting"was of high frequency,forming a certain cultural symbol and link between the literati from south of the Yangtze River.By investigating Cao Yin's tea activities,it is found that he,with tea as the means,drinking as the medium,poetry and prose as the link,and traveling as the platform,attracted hundreds of scholars from the south of Yangtze River and formed a huge group of literati,making himself the leader of the Southeast Elegance Alliance.He delivered messages to Emperor Kangxi and showed the elegant music of the prosperous period for the Qing Dynasty.The strong sense of tea embodied the cultural connotations of Chinese tea in his family,friendship,colleagues,which perfectly reflects the connotation of Chinese tea culture.Cao Yin claimed to have a tea habit,regarding tea as"the food of immortals".He considered himself as"Yuchuanzi".As an official in the south region of the Yangtze River,he came up with the conclusion that"tea fills the world".The tea culture in his Collected Poems of Lian Ting influenced the creation of Cao Xueqin’s A Dream of Red Mansions.
