摘　　要：通过对墩洼联合站中高含硫采出水水质进行详细地分析,总结出该油田采出水水质特点。同时,提出采出水处理工艺流程和存在的问题,并给出建设性意见与评价,对采出水达标处理和有效回注提供了技术指导。采用油田水分析方法等标准得出其水样中不同工艺段各离子的含量;对比连续5 d内的水质分析得出各个离子含量的变化。结果表明:该站所处理的采出水属于高含硫污水,并且来水中的腐蚀及成垢离子较多,导致处理后水样中的硫含量未能达到回注标准,且对于管线等的腐蚀较为严重。以期为陕北含硫采出水的回注处理工艺提供参考。Through the detailed analysis of the water quality of the high sulfur produced water in the Dunwa joint station,the characteristics of the produced water quality of the oilfield are summarized.At the same time,the process and existing problems of the extraction water treatment are proposed,and constructive opinions and evaluations are given,which provides technical guidance for the treatment and effective reinjection of the produced water.The content of ions in different process sections of the water sample was obtained by using standards such as oilfield water analysis method,and then the changes in the content of each ion were obtained by comparing the water quality analysis within five consecutive day.The results show that the extracted water treated by the station belongs to high sulfur sewage,and there are more corrosion and scale ions in the incoming water,resulting in the sulfur content in the treated water sample failing to meet the reinjection standard,and the corrosion of pipelines is more serious.In order to provide a reference for the reinjection treatment process of sulfur-containing water in northern Shaanxi.
