摘　　要：针对冶炼设备管理方面存在的诸多问题,建立标准化管理体系,有效规范各项内容和管理过程,量化具体指标,达到兼顾差异性,体现普遍性,实现全面综合性管理设备。在冶炼设备全周期管理使用过程中,最大程度发挥设备性能。In view of various problems existing in the management of smelting equipment,a standardized management system is established,which effectively standardize various contents and management processes,quantify specific indicators so as to give consideration to differences,reflect universality,and achieve comprehensive management of equipment.In the process of full-cycle management and use of smelting equipment,the equipment performance should be brought into full play.
