摘  要:针对NG-220/9.8-Q3型燃气锅炉机组送风机风道口冬季时乏气水蒸汽在风道口处冰冻、液化现象,积水顺着风道直流到风壳发生风轮浸泡、腐蚀、损坏的情况,采用将室外风道入口处加设隔板封闭处理,在室内风道风壳上方处制作安装防护篦子风口,确保吸入空气的温度及含氧量,从根本上解决了结冰液化导致的叶轮腐蚀振动的难题,确保了送风机机组的平稳运行,达到节能降耗、安全检修、提升效益的显著效果。In winter,the exhaust gas and water vapor freeze and liquefy at the air duct opening of the supply fan of NG-220/9.8-Q3 gas-fired boiler unit,and then the accumulated water directly flows to the wind casing through the air duct,which leads to impeller soaking,corrosion,and damages.In response to the situation,a partition plate is added to the outdoor air duct inlet for sealing,and a protective grate air outlet is made and installed above the indoor air duct air casing to ensure the temperature and oxygen content of the inhaled air.This fundamentally solves the problem of impeller corrosion and vibration caused by ice liquefaction,ensuring the smooth operation of the forced draft fan unit,achieving significant effects of energy conservation,consumption reduction,safety maintenance,and improving benefits.
