摘　　要：索引是地方综合年鉴的重要检索工具之一,地方综合年鉴总体质量在不断提高,但在索引编制中还存在着标引深度偏低、主题词不精准、参照系统不全等问题。造成问题的主要原因有年鉴编纂单位对索引编制重视程度不够、索引质量要求不明确、索引员编制索引专业技术不高等。提高地方综合年鉴索引的质量,应当制定明确的地方综合年鉴索引编制要求,精准选取主题词,增加索引易检性,合理编制参照系统,形成完备检索。Index is referred as one of the important search tools in local comprehensive yearbooks.However,there still are some problems in index editing such as low indexing depth,imprecise keywords,and incomplete reference system,etc.The main reasons are insufficient emphasis on the compilation work,unclear quality requirements of indexing and low professional skills in compiling.In order to improve the quality of the index in local comprehensive yearbooks,it is necessary to make explicit index editing requirements,choose keywords precisely,increase its accessibility,establish reference system reasonably,and form complete searches.
