摘  要:铰接式装配的加力燃油管路试车后进行分解检查,发现供油管接头下沉,偏离设计位置。燃油总管位置偏离,会直接影响加力供油分布。为避免燃油总管偏离设计状态下带应力复装,设计了一种加力燃油管路进油管接头复位装置。对这一装置的结构和工作原理进行了介绍,对关键技术进行了分析。这一装置可以解决燃油总管进油管接头下沉、安装座卡滞造成的燃油总管无法复位故障,能够对进油管接头进行复位,在复位过程中产生足够的拉力,改变试车过程中加力燃油管路应力造成的变形,恢复原始设计位置。施力过程均匀缓慢,可以避免施力不均匀对加力燃油管路造成的破坏。After the test run of the afterburner fuel pipeline with articulated assembly,a disassembly inspection was conducted and it was found that the fuel supply pipe joint had sunk and deviated from the design position.The deviation of the fuel main pipe position wll directly affect the distribution of afterburner fuel supply.In order to avoid the stress reloading of the fuel main pipe deviating from the design state,a reset device for the fuel inlet pipe joint of the afterburner fuel pipeline was designed.The structure and working principle of this device were introduced,and the key technologies were analyzed.This device can solve the fuel main pipe failure that can not be reset caused by the sinking of the fuel inlet pipe joint and the stuck installation seat,and can reset the fuel inlet pipe joint,generate sufficient tension during the reset process,change the deformation caused by the afterburner fuel pipeline stress during the test run,and restore the original design position.The application process is uniform and slow,which can avoid damage to the afterburner fuel pipeline caused by uneven application of force.
