摘  要:为了解决立式多级离心泵电机非驱动端轴承噪声问题,基于短时傅里叶变换伤损识别方法,将现场采集的声信号转换为二维时频信号,对噪声类型进行精确分辨。通过电子显微镜、频谱分析仪进行进一步分析,以确定立式多级离心泵电机非驱动端轴承噪声的真正原因。针对噪声原因,通过优化设计,解决立式多级离心泵电机非驱动端轴承噪声问题。In order to solve the noise problem of the non-driven end bearing in the vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump motor,based on the short-time Fourier transform method for damage identification,the acoustic signal collected on site was converted into a two-dimensional time-frequency signal,and the type of noise was accurately discriminated.Further analysis was carried out by electron microscope and spectrum analyzer to determine the real cause of the non-driven end bearing noise in the vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump motor.In view of the cause of the noise,the noise problem of the non-driven end bearing in the vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump motor was solved by optimal design.
