摘　　要：随着我国高等教育步入普及化阶段,教学实验室资源明显短缺。科研型实验室作为高校创新人才培育的重要基地,其资源优势在学生创新引领中发挥着重要作用。充分挖掘科研实验室在人才引领、设备保障、学科领航、开放共享方面的资源优势,探讨开拓科研实验室优势资源,助力本科创新人才培养。通过优化管理机制与方法,提高管理效率,加强仪器的升级改造和闲置设备的再利用,统筹资源有序开放共享等措施,实现科研实验室资源的高效综合利用,促进科研与学生创新培养的和谐发展。The shortage of teaching laboratory resources is more and more obvious along with entering popularization stage of higher education in China.As an important base for the cultivation of innovative talents in universities,scientific laboratories play an important and leading role in the cultivation of students’innovation ability.Fully tap the resource advantages of scientific laboratories in terms of talent leadership,equipment support,discipline leadership,and openness and sharing.Develop the advantageous resources of scientific laboratories and help the cultivation of undergraduate innovative talents.By optimizing the management mechanism and methods to improve the management efficiency of scientific laboratories,strengthening the upgrading of instruments and the reuse of idle equipments,coordinating the orderly opening and sharing of scientific laboratories resources and other measures to achieve efficient and comprehensive utilization of scientific research laboratory resources.Ultimately,it promotes the harmonious development of scientific research improvement and students’innovation training.
