大学生创业教育和思政教育协同模式探究

摘　　要：大学是培养高质量人才的场所,教育是培养人才的最好方式。近几年,毕业生队伍越来越庞大,就业形势日益严峻,这一现象需要各高校引起重视,在实施大学生创业教育时,渗透思政教育,使得大学生具有积极进取的精神,这有利于他们未来的发展。通过对思政教育和创新教育的关系、创新教育在思政教育中的必要性以及大学生创业教育与思政教育协同发展的问题的阐述,提出协同育人的一些构建策略,以期能为相关教师提供教学上的帮助。As a place to cultivate high-quality talents,education is the best way to cultivate talents.In recent years,the ranks of graduates have become more and more huge,which reflects the increasingly severe employment situation.This phenomenon needs the attention of colleges and universities.In the implementation of entrepreneurship education for college students,ideological and political education should be infiltrated,so that college students have a positive and enterprising spirit,which is conducive to their future development.This paper expounds the relationship between ideological and political education and innovative education,the necessity of innovative education in ideological and political education,and the coordinated development of college students’entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education,and puts forward some construction strategies of collaborative education,in order to provide teaching assistance for relevant teachers.
