摘　　要：城中村改造项目的资金短缺问题已经严重影响到了城乡一体化建设的进程,因此,有必要通过合适的融资模式解决改造项目资金不足的问题。文章介绍了目前城中村改造项目的常见融资模式,以江苏省A城中村作为研究对象,通过量化分析构建了融资模式选择模型,并对影响融资模式选择的主要指标进行了确定与赋权分析。定量计算结果表明:ABS融资模式优于其他类型的融资模式,更适合A城中村改造项目的融资条件。文章也为其他地区同类型城中村改造项目的开展提供了参考借鉴。The shortage of funds for urban village reconstruction projects has seriously affected the urban-rural integration construction process,so it is necessary to solve the problem of insufficient funds for reconstruction projects through appropriate financing models.In this study,common financing models of urban village renovation projects are introduced.Taking urban village A in Jiangsu Province as the research object,a financing mode selection model is constructed through quantitative analysis,and the main indicators affecting the financing mode selection are determined and empowered.The quantitative calculation results show that ABS financing model is superior to other types of financing models,and it is more suitable for the financing conditions of A urban village reconstruction project.This study also provides a reference for other areas of the same type of urban village renovation projects.
