摘　　要：手工艺人的身份和劳动方式随时代变迁而转换。当今的手工艺人顺应时代需求承担了“双师制”教师与美育教师的角色。手工艺人成为教师一方面与手工艺及手工艺人的品质与特征息息相关。另一方面身份的转向也是手工艺人在不断变化的社会生活中积极争取生存空间、提升影响力的方式。At present,handicraftsmen adapt to the needs of the times and play the role of both teacher under“double tutor system”and aesthetic education teacher.On one hand,the handicraftsmen’s identity change into teachers are closely associated with their quality and characteristics.On the other hand,identity change is also a way for handicraftsmen to actively strive for living space and enhance their influencing power in the ever-changing social life.
