沙发革涂层湿剥离强度的影响因素研究

摘　　要：涂层湿剥离强度是沙发革品质重要的考察指标。通过试验,本文研究了沙发皮预处理工艺、底浆配方、隔离光及面浆配方等因素对涂层湿剥离强度的影响。结果表明,沙发皮预处理工艺中仅磨革处理的方案湿剥离强度最大;底浆中复合树脂RC3060含量越大,湿剥离强度越大;无隔离光的涂层湿剥离强度最小,使用硝化棉隔离光LW6188的涂层湿剥离强度最大;面浆中加入复合树脂RC3060湿剥离强度会降低,而加入聚氨酯树脂RU2350湿剥离强度有所提高。The wet peel strength of the coating is an important indicator for evaluating the quality of sofa leather.Through experiments,this paper studied the effects of factors such as sofa leather pretreatment process,base slurry formula,isolation light,and surface slurry formula on the wet peeling strength of the coating.The results show that the wet peeling strength of the sofa leather pretreatment process is the highest with only buffing treatment.The higher the content of composite resin RC3060 in the base slurry,the greater the wet peeling strength.The coating without isolation light has the lowest wet peeling strength,while the coating using nitrocellulose isolation light LW6188 has the highest wet peel strength.The addition of composite resin RC3060 to the facial paste will reduce the wet peeling strength,while the addition of polyurethane resin RU2350 will increase the wet peel strength.
