超细纤维合成革的性能探讨及其在篮球球皮中的应用分析

摘　　要：超细纤维合成革是一种在体育领域应用极为广泛的合成革材料。本文针对超细纤维合成革的综合性能进行分析,认为这种材料在力学性能、可加工性等方面具有较大优势,而在透气性、舒适性等方面表现一般。以国内外最新研究为例,对超细纤维合成革的相关制备方法进行总结,着重分析了这类材料在篮球球皮中的应用可行性,为超细纤维合成革材料在体育领域的应用提供借鉴。Microfiber synthetic leather is a kind of synthetic leather material widely used in sports field. Based on the analysis of the comprehensive properties of microfiber synthetic leather, it was considered that this material has great advantages in mechanical properties, machinability and so on, but it performs generaly in the aspects of air permeability, comfort and so on. Taking the latest research at home and abroad as an example, the relevant preparation methods of microfiber synthetic leather were summarized, and the feasibility of application of this kind of material in basketball leather was emphatically analyzed, in order to provide reference for the application of microfiber synthetic leather material in the field of sports.
